Shipping policy

All orders are hand delivered directly by a Petals & Paperie staff member. We do not use third party couriers.

Unless otherwise specified when placing your order, deliveries will be made between 9am - 6pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

Delivery Zones

We offer local delivery to postcodes covering Harrogate, Knaresborough, Boroughbridge, Ripon and the surrounding villages. See my delivery fees by postcode area below:

• YO51 - Free local delivery
• YO26, HG1, HG2 & HG5 postcodes - £4.50
• HG3 & HG4 postcodes - £6.50

We currently do not offer nationwide delivery.

Exceptions

At Petals & Paperie, the safety of our delivery team and the quality of your flowers are our top priorities. In the event of severe weather conditions (such as extreme heat, storms, flooding, or snow) or circumstances outside our control, we may need to postpone your delivery to ensure both safety and product integrity.

Should this occur:

• We will contact you promptly to inform you of any delay
• Your delivery will be rescheduled for the earliest safe opportunity
• Our team will prioritise your order once conditions improve
• The fresh quality of your flowers will not be compromised

We appreciate your understanding that these measures are taken to maintain our high service standards and protect both our staff and your beautiful blooms. Your patience during such situations helps us ensure every delivery meets our quality expectations.
