16" Pink Spring Wreath details

Product Description

Spring calls for the soft tones of pink, and this handcrafted wreath captures all the spring colour in the most beautiful way. Designed to adorn your front door with fresh spring colour, it brings a graceful, uplifting touch to your home.

Filled with delicate seasonal Primroses and spring favourites such as Muscari bulbs, this Pink Spring Wreath is a joyful celebration of the season. Crafted using the traditional Japanese Kokedama technique — often known as moss ball gardening — each plant and bulb is carefully wrapped in its own moss parcel before being secured to a wire wreath frame. This considered method allows the plants to continue growing and blooming naturally as spring unfolds.

Long after the display has finished flowering, the bulbs and plants can be replanted in your garden to thrive year after year.

Constructed on a classic moss-covered base to help retain freshness for longer, this design is generously styled with fresh bulbs, flowering plants and carefully selected cut foliage. Featuring Pittosporum, Rosemary, Bunny Tails, Limonium, Waxflower, Birch branches and more, the wreath offers a soft, textural design.

Lovingly handmade in my North Yorkshire workshop, each wreath is created with exacting attention to detail for a full, luxury door wreath that will be the envy of the street! The reverse is completed with a protective backing to help prevent damage to your door’s paintwork in windy weather, and a sturdy wire loop ensures effortless hanging on a wreath hook or door knocker.

Wreath Hanging Instructions
  • Your fresh door wreath should be hung outdoors. Hanging your wreath indoors may lead to a shortened lifespan due to additional heat factors.
  • There are several ways you can hang your wreath, depending on what you have available. You can hang your wreath from a door knocker or nail using the ribbon / string loop on the top of your wreath. You can also use an over-the-door wreath hanger which are commonly available,  or a Command Wreath Hook.
Caring For Your Fresh Spring Wreath
  • Spray your wreath using a water spray bottle every few days, or as often as needed to keep the base damp-to-touch.
  • Once a week (or more often if the spring weather is warmer than average), submerge the base of your wreath in water so that the moss can fully rehydrate.
  • If your wreath features living bulbs, you can remove these if they go past their best and replant them in your garden.
  • Protect your wreath from extreme seasonal weather such as heavy rainfall, snow, high winds and high temperatures.
  • Your wreath comes with a protective wrap backing to protect the paintwork on your door, however we recommend you take your wreath down temporarily in windy conditions to remove the risk of damage to your door.
  • Once your wreath has finished flowering, you can remove the plants and bulbs in the moss parcels and plant them in your garden to enjoy next year.
Safety Precautions

Not suitable for human or animal consumption.

Some flowers may be toxic to both pets and people, so please keep them out of reach of children and animals. To prevent damage, protect hard surfaces such as tables, window sills, and kitchen counters, as pollen from certain flowers can cause staining. We recommend placing your vase or arrangement on a protective mat or cloth.

When will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are carried out by my team between 8.00am - 6.00pm Tuesday - Saturday. Bouquets will not be delivered on Mondays, Sundays or Bank Holidays unless otherwise stated. This does change for busy annual periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Due to the nature of our changing studio schedule, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on your chosen delivery day.

You'll have the opportunity to select your preferred delivery date on the product page when adding to cart.

How much do I have to spend to qualify for delivery?

There is a minimum order spend of £40 in order to be eligible for delivery on the website. This can be made up of fresh flowers, wreaths, gifts and lifestyle items.

What happens if the recipient is not home when you try to deliver?

If no-one is at the recipient’s address to receive the delivery, I will leave your delivery in either the safe place you have specified, or a covered area which I deem safe to leave it.

If I cannot find a safe place, I will leave the delivery with a neighbour and leave a calling card in your letterbox. All bouquets and arrangements are left with a water source, so you can feel assured that your flowers will be hydrated until the recipient returns.

Unfortunately, because fresh flowers are perishable, I am unable to take deliveries back to our studio for re-delivery.

Do you offer next-day or same-day flower deliveries?

By default, we request a minimum notice of 2 business days for all deliveries. Same, or next-day delivery is not typically available, however, please ring me on ‭07884 562074‬ as in some instances I may be able to facilitate your request.

How can I hang my wreath on my front door without damaging it?

All of our luxury wreaths and DIY wreath kits come with a brown string loop to attach the wreath to your front door.

If you have a door hook or knocker, you can simply secure your wreath to the hook or knocker using the brown string provided. If you don't have a door hook or knocker, you can use an over-the-door wreath hanger or an adhesive 3M Command Hook. Avoid adding additional nails or screws in your front door as this will damage the paint work.

What is the best way to care for my fresh spring wreath?

When you hang your spring wreath, you should protect it from any extreme seasonal weather such as heavy snow, rainfall, high winds or high temperatures - we can get all types of different weather in the spring! To keep your wreath fresh, spray your wreath and the moss base using a water spray bottle every few days, or as often as needed to keep the base damp-to-touch. If the spring weather is warmer than usual, keep a close watch on your wreath and water when necessary. You should always keep your Christmas wreath hanging outside where possible as exposure to indoor heating will shorten the life of your wreath.

I live outside of the UK, can I pay in my local currency?

If you would like to pay for your order through the website in a currency other than GBP (£), please email me at rachel@petalsandpaperie.com and I can provide you with a custom order and payment link that allows you to checkout in your local currency.
