Bright & Vibrant Funeral Heart Posy details

Product Description

Available in four sizes, our heart-shaped posy tribute features a beautiful mix of rich burgundy, vibrant pink, and warm peach flowers. This arrangement combines ruffled Spray Roses and fragrant Stocks with delicate Astrantia and is complemented by fresh seasonal foliage and carefully selected supporting flowers.

The heart posy is created in a loose garden-inspired style, and is a colourful elegant tribute for funerals and memorial services.

Please provide any requests for specific flowers or colour choices in the section provided. We require a 2 business day lead time to create our Heart Posy.

Caring For Your Floral Arrangement
  • If your arrangement is in floral foam, add a small amount of water to the top of the foam every 1-2 days, or as often as required. You can also spray the foam with a water spray bottle if preferred.
  • If your arrangement is on moss, spray the moss with a water spray bottle to keep it damp-to- touch, as often as required.
  • If your arrangement is in a container such as a vase, jar or bowl, keep the container topped up with water every 1-2 days or as often as required.
  • Keep flowers out of direct sunlight and away from direct heat sources and draughts.
  • Remove any wilting leaves or flowers as you see them.
  • Take care when topping up water that it does not overflow from the container or tray. We recommend topping up the water in your arrangement in the bathroom or kitchen so that spills can be easily wiped.
  • Keep your arrangement away from fruit bowls. Ripening fruit releases a gas called ethylene. Ethylene gas promotes ripening in fruit but also causes flowers to wilt faster, leading to a shortened vase life.
Safety Precautions

Not suitable for human or animal consumption.

Some flowers may be toxic to both pets and people, so please keep them out of reach of children and animals. To prevent damage, protect hard surfaces such as tables, window sills, and kitchen counters, as pollen from certain flowers can cause staining. We recommend placing your vase or arrangement on a protective mat or cloth.

Hand-Written Message Cards

Each of our funeral tributes come with an unlimited supply of message cards, which are carefully written by our team. Due to the size of the cards, each individual message can be a max of 1000 characters, or approximately 100 words.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

Do you offer next-day or same-day flower deliveries?

By default, we request a minimum notice of 2 business days for all deliveries. Same, or next-day delivery is not typically available, however, please ring me on ‭07884 562074‬ as in some instances I may be able to facilitate your request.

How do I look after my flower delivery?

For bouquets, make sure to:

  • Remove all packaging
  • Re-cut stems at a sharp angle, 1-2cm from the end of the stem
  • Place freshly cut stems in water within one hour of the delivery time.
  • Maintain adequate water levels
  • Avoid placing arrangements or bouquets in direct sunlight or in high heat areas (for example above a radiator).

For arrangements, make sure to:

  • Spray foam / moss periodically every couple of days or as often as needed to keep it damp to touch.
  • Avoid placing your arrangement in direct sunlight or in high heat areas (for example above a radiator).
How far in advance do I need to order funeral flowers?

I ask that you place an order for funeral flowers at least 2 business days before a funeral. Any orders placed before this will be politely declined. This is to ensure that I can source the best, freshest flowers for your arrangement.

What happens if the recipient is not home when you try to deliver?

If no-one is at the recipient’s address to receive the delivery, I will leave your delivery in either the safe place you have specified, or a covered area which I deem safe to leave it.

If I cannot find a safe place, I will leave the delivery with a neighbour and leave a calling card in your letterbox. All bouquets and arrangements are left with a water source, so you can feel assured that your flowers will be hydrated until the recipient returns.

Unfortunately, because fresh flowers are perishable, I am unable to take deliveries back to our studio for re-delivery.

How much do I have to spend to qualify for delivery?

There is a minimum order spend of £40 in order to be eligible for delivery on the website. This can be made up of fresh flowers, wreaths, gifts and lifestyle items.
